About data privacy
Your data privacy is very important to us. The reason why we collect information is to improve our overall systems and help us narrow down what marketing information we should send/or discuss with each of our customers. We do not share your information, and we collect and process any information as per the data privacy laws in our country.
What personal Information is being stored?
When you use our website we collect information about your visit to help us analyse usage, improve the website and send you more specifically targeted product information.
This information includes, but is not limited to:

- The pages you accessed on the site and the links you clicked on
- The date and time you visited the site
- The referring site (if any) from which you clicked to reach this site
- The device type you used to access the site (eg phone, PC, iPad)

- The type of web browser you use (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
- Other things like your screen resolution
In addition to our website, with some of our emails we look at information such has open rates and click rates for topics/products we promote.
Who has access to my personal information?
Our sales and marketing staff have access to the information we have stored and this is used for marketing/sales purposes. This is limited to our own internal use and is not shared with any external companies.
Your login password is encrypted in our database and none of our staff have access to this information. We will never ask you to divulge this information over the phone and if you think it might have been compromised you can reset your password at any time under “My Account” -> “Change Password”.
For customers that pay using our eshop with credit cards we use Paypal and Square as a 3rd Party PCI Compliant payment gateway. When you use Paypal or Square our staff do not have access to any of your personal credit card information.
This site uses Google Analytics Cookies to provide traffic analysis which helps us improve our website. It also uses additional Cookies to maintain your session so you don’t need to re-login every time you return to the website. You can delete Cookies at anytime through your browser settings, however that will mean you will need to re-login when you return to our website.
Right of access and correction
You have the right to:
- Find out from us whether we hold personal information about you;
- Access that information; and, if applicable
- Request corrections to that information

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We do not pass your information onto others.
If a 3rd party did request information for a legitimate purpose (such as a case study) we will inform you and request your permission before handing on any information.
